Weathersfield Town Forest Trailhead

Currently accessed across Back Mountain Road from the swoops and loops trailhead and from the state park campground.  Follow Ricks Road double track to Cloudspin.  Follow Rick's Road to the powerlines and continue under them for a little over a 1/4 mile you'll make it to woods and the beginning of the Cloudspin single track mtb trail.  You'll also find a several-mile double track loop on rolling terrain and is very popular for trail runners.  But wait!  Plans are in the works and energy is high to create some more multi-level mountain bike trails and a new hiking trail loop circumnavigating the town forest in this beautiful setting.
